Order Processing
Orders via checks (both paper and electronic) will not be shipped until the check has cleared. This may take as long as 10 days.
All orders are processed within three business days of receipt. If you chose the overnight shipping option, please be aware that the order is shipped within three days and when shipped it will be shipped per the option you selected.
Discreet Shipping
All of our packages are shipped discreetly, in a plain box or envelope, with no indication of the contents.
International Shipments
Packages shipped to some countries may have excess product packaging or DVD covers which display adult images removed.
Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. RandyWest.com and our associates are not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs. Packages confiscated by Customs will not be refunded or replaced.
Defective DVDs
Many DVDs can be played on a computer, or in a DVD-R drive, but play of the movie is not generally guaranteed by the manufacturer, unless specifically noted on the product page. To determine if a DVD is defective, we request you try to view the movie on a standard DVD player as well as on your computer. Because of the rapidly changing technology in DVD production, recent-model DVD players (less than two years old) are most likely to successfully play the movie for you.
It is our experience that at times DVDs reported as defective are actually simply incompatible with the viewer's DVD player. However, we will happily honor the defective product policy and exchange the DVD with a replacement. Before sending the replacement DVD, we will open and test the title for you, to ensure that it plays on a standard DVD player.
Defective Products
Any defective item will be replaced with an identical working item, or can be exchanged for store credit to select an alternate item if we do not have a working replacement item in stock. Shipping charges are waived on any replacement items.
Before sending any item back to, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to start the exchange process and obtain a return authorization number.
Incorrect Item Shipped
If there is a mistake in the item shipped to you, please let us know so we may replace it for you. Before sending any item back please contact us in advance.
Incorrect Size Ordered
We will replace apparel with an alternate size if the apparel has not been worn, and is still in a sellable state. To protect the health of our associates and customers, we cannot exchange toys or intimate apparel (such as lingerie, thongs, massagers, etc.)
