Order Processing

We accept major credit cards, checks (electronic or via postal mail) and money orders in U.S.A. currency only.

With the exception of weekends and holidays, all orders are processed the same day.

Orders placed with checks (both paper and electronic) will not be shipped until the check has cleared. This may take as long as 10 days. Orders placed with money orders are shipped upon receipt of payment.

We accept checks or money orders sent to us in the mail. Add your desired products to the shopping cart and select Check or Money Order as your form of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive an email receipt with details of your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at shop@randywest.com. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.

All of our packages are shipped discreetly, in a plain box or envelope, with no indication of the contents.

International Shipping

If you live outside the United States, you are responsible for knowing the laws in your country. Any orders that are restricted by your country or confiscated by Customs will not be refunded.

All international orders are shipped without packaging. For example, DVDs are shipped in a blank paper sleeve without box covers or case.

Return Policy

Since RandyWest.com is offering media with non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Our goal is your satisfaction, if you have an issue with a product ordered, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Refunds are only given for merchandise that cannot be shipped or for unopened packages. Otherwise, all sales are final. Within 14 days of receipt, any defective item may be returned for an exchange. You must contact us to inform us of any defective merchandise so that you may receive a return authorization.
